Welcome to the office of Douglas W. Klotch, M.D., P.A.
Our goal is to provide excellence in care within the discipline of Otolaryngology,
Head and Neck Surgery.
Dr. Douglas W. Klotch is Board Certified in Otolaryngology. He is currently a Clinical
Professor of Surgery at the University of South Florida, College of Medicine, in the Department of
Surgery. Dr. Klotch is in private practice in Tampa Florida and has been a practicing physician
for over 35 years. His special interests are tumors of the head and neck, sinus surgery,
thyroid and parathyroid surgery; doing a minimal of 150 thyroid surgeries a year, sleep
related surgery, reconstructive surgery and skull base surgery.
In our practice, services include general ENT, thyroid and parathyroid surgery, facial plastic surgery,
laser resurfacing, head and neck tumor surgery with reconstruction, and complete Audiology
services including hearing aid evaluation and dispensing.
Dr. Klotch is on the Medical Staff at the Tampa General Hospital and is a Consultant
at the Shriners’ Hospital for Crippled Children.
